Editorial verdict
Sports Interaction puts a sportsbook, casino and live casino in one Alberta account from age 18, and its help page says Interac e-Transfer deposits are credited within 30 minutes. The catch: the pages we reached name no complete payment-method list, and withdrawal times run from instant to five working days by method.

- Sports Interaction's help page says Interac e-Transfer deposits are credited within 30 minutes, from CA$10, and that it adds no fee of its own on withdrawals.

Cons
- The help pages name no full list of Alberta payment methods, and withdrawal times run from instant to five working days depending on the method.

Casino
Sports Interaction runs real-money casino games and a live casino in Alberta; the app-store listing, which covers Ontario and Alberta, counts more than 3,000 casino games.
The Alberta Terms cover casino play as well as sports betting, under a section called Gaming Facilities, and the site's main menu lists Sports, Casino and Live Casino. Sports Interaction's iPhone store description, which covers Ontario and Alberta, counts more than 3,000 casino games and names live casino blackjack and roulette. Treat that count as the store listing's own claim: the pages we reached carry no game list, provider list or return-to-player figures.
The Terms say random number generator software decides the shuffling and dealing of cards and other random events in the casino games. If the result on your device differs from the result on Sports Interaction's server, the server result governs.
Sportsbook
The app-store listing, which covers Ontario and Alberta, lists live betting, same-game parlays and cash out; the Terms set caps on single-bet and 24-hour winnings.
Sports Interaction's iPhone store description, which covers Ontario and Alberta, lists 150+ betting markets, live betting, same-game parlays and cash out. The Alberta Terms cover the sports betting facilities at ab.sportsinteraction.com. The pages we reached list no sports, leagues or betting limits, so we don't list any either.
Caps on winnings
Section 28.3.2 of the Terms sets the most you can win through the sports betting facilities at $250,000 in any 24-hour period, however many bets you place. On a single bet the cap is $20,000; it does not apply to parlays or any bet with more than one selection.
The Terms add that acceptance of a bet is not an agreement to pay out above those limits, so check them before you stake on a long shot.
Sports Interaction app
Sports Interaction's one app serves Ontario and Alberta, and its store listings give the Alberta age as 18.
On the Canadian App Store, Sports Interaction Sportsbook is free, from seller Avid Ecom Solutions Limited, needs iOS 18.0 or later and carries a 17+ age label. Its average score is 4.48 from 9,472 scores, and the current version is 26.09.01, released 22 September 2026. Google Play lists com.sportsinteraction.app from developer ElectraWorks Limited with 4.3 stars from 785 reviews and more than 50,000 downloads. Store scores cover every region the app serves and say little about Alberta alone.
The listing text is split by province: 19+ for Ontario only, 18+ for Alberta only, with GameSense Alberta's 1-833-447-7523 for help. The Terms list Sports Interaction's platforms as its Alberta website and its apps, so you don't need a separate Alberta download.

Customer support
Sports Interaction promises a 24/7 customer service team; the pages we reviewed list an email address and a postal address in Kahnawake, Quebec for escalations.
The Alberta Terms refer to a 24/7 Customer Service team, and the app-store description repeats the 24/7 claim. The help pages we reviewed don't spell out how to reach that team, so check the site's contact options.
Complaints
The complaints page tells you to start with Customer Support and not to complain through social media. Sports Interaction promises an acknowledgement within 24 hours and a final answer by email within 90 days. If you're still unhappy, write to complaints@ab.sportsinteraction.com or send a letter to the Customer Services Manager at its postal address in Kahnawake, Quebec.
Unresolved disputes can go on to AiGC or AGLC. AGLC's number for gaming irregularities is 1-800-742-7818.

Account and verification
Sports Interaction checks your age and identity and can void transactions until it is satisfied; you must be physically in Alberta to play.
Age and identity
You must be 18 or over and it must be legal for you to play in Alberta. Sports Interaction asks for your date of birth at registration and can ask for proof of age and identity documents at registration or at any time after. It can also use credit-file and dual-process identity checks.
Your account may be suspended until your age is proven, and transactions can be voided until your identity is verified. Sports Interaction refuses accounts to under-18s and may report underage attempts to the regulator. You get one account, in your own name, in Canadian dollars only.
Location checks
Sports Interaction's help says that outside Alberta you can open your account but you can't play or bet. On a desktop browser you need the GeoGuard plug-in, and Wi-Fi must be switched on even if you aren't using it for your connection.
VPN, VNC and remote-desktop software make the check fail; the help names Log Me In, TigerVNC, Team Viewer, GoToMeeting and Splashtop. Border areas are checked more often, and a new router or device can take a few days to be recognised. If your internet provider assigns an address outside Alberta, you'll need to have it changed.
Deposits
Sports Interaction's help page says Interac e-Transfer deposits are credited within 30 minutes, rarely up to an hour. Each one starts with Generate Payment Details and a one-time code. Sports Interaction's combined limits for Interac are CA$1,000 per transaction, CA$3,000 a day, CA$20,000 a week and CA$40,000 a month, and the minimum deposit is CA$10.
Failed deposits are refunded within 2 business days. Payment methods must be in your own name. The help pages say the cashier shows the methods open to you, and the iPhone store description mentions deposits with Interac and Visa. Its help menu has pages for cards, Apple Pay, paysafecard and bank wire, but that is a menu of articles, not a confirmed list for Alberta, so check the cashier.
Withdrawals
The help pages say withdrawals are instant or take up to five working days: cards and bank transfers 3 to 5 banking days, e-wallets such as paysafecard within 8 hours, and instant banking instant. Sports Interaction charges no withdrawal fee of its own, though your bank or provider might. The help pages are not marked Alberta-only.
The Terms commit to pay as soon as reasonably possible, subject to up to 2 business days of internal processing, and wins over $50,000 get verification checks. A closed-loop rule can send your money back to the method you paid in with, split across methods. A pending withdrawal usually means your account or payment method isn't verified yet.
Inactive accounts
After 18 months without activity Sports Interaction can charge $5 every 30 days. It doesn't charge a zero balance, and a time-out or self-exclusion suspends the fee.
- Identity verification: Sports Interaction asks for your date of birth when you register and can ask for proof of age and identity documents at registration or any time after; it can suspend an account until age is proven and void transactions until your identity is verified. (ElectraWorks Maple Limited (Sports Interaction Alberta) (external site))
- Location verification: You must be physically in Alberta to play or bet. Sports Interaction checks your location with a geolocation tool; VPN and remote-desktop software make the check fail, and outside Alberta you can open the account but not play. (ElectraWorks Maple Limited (Sports Interaction Alberta) (external site))
Responsible-gambling tools
Sports Interaction offers deposit, loss and session limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, and links to AGLC's province-wide program; we found no reality-check tool.
Limits and breaks
You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, loss limits and session-length limits. Lowering a limit takes effect at once. Raising a deposit limit may need confirmation and starts after 24 hours, and raising or removing a loss or session limit takes 24 hours.
A time-out lasts 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 2 months or 3 months and ends on its own. While it runs you can't deposit or play, and you're left out of targeted marketing.
Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion runs from a minimum of 6 months up to 5 years. The account stays closed after the period ends until you ask to reactivate it, and Sports Interaction reviews that request. The pages also link to AGLC's voluntary centralized self-exclusion program for Alberta gambling.
Where to get help
Call GameSense Alberta on 1-833-447-7523 (gamesenseab.ca), the Alberta Health Services addiction helpline on 1-866-332-2322 or its mental health helpline on 1-877-303-2642. Alberta Gamblers Anonymous is at albertaga.ca. We found no reality-check reminder among the tools, so a session-length limit is the closest option.
- Deposit Limits — Daily, weekly or monthly cap on deposits; a lower limit starts at once, a higher one may need confirmation and starts after 24 hours.
- Loss Limits — Daily, weekly or monthly cap on losses; a lower limit starts at once, while raising or removing one takes 24 hours.
- Session Limits — Daily, weekly or monthly cap on how long you play; changes follow the same 24-hour rule for increases.
- Time-Out — Break of 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 2 months or 3 months; the account reopens on its own and you cannot deposit or play meanwhile.
- Self-Exclusion — Minimum of 6 months and up to 5 years; the account stays closed until you ask to reactivate it, and you drop out of targeted marketing.
- AGLC Centralized Self-Exclusion Program — Alberta's voluntary province-run program for licensed gambling, linked from Sports Interaction's responsible-gaming pages; it is separate from Sports Interaction's own self-exclusion.
