Responsible-gambling tools

• Deposit Limits — Personal limits on how much money can be deposited to the site, set daily, weekly, or monthly (or a combination). Where more than one period is set, the strictest applicable limit governs. Increasing (relaxing) a limit is subject to a 24-hour waiting period before it takes effect. Daily limits reset at 12:01am, weekly limits on Monday at 12:01am, monthly limits on the first day of the following month at 12:01am.
• Loss Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly. Calculated on total losses within the period, net of any amounts won during that time (e.g. a $100 daily loss limit with $75 wagered and $25 won leaves $50 of headroom remaining).

Things to know

• Deposit methods (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay) are accepted for deposits only -- the Player Agreement's withdrawal clause (5.03) explicitly lists only electronic bank transfer, PayPal and INTERAC e-Transfer for withdrawal, so Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay are recorded as withdrawal:false rather than left blank. Electronic bank transfer is not among the deposit methods listed in 4.06, so it is recorded as deposit:false.
• Site-wide deposit limit (Player Agreement 4.07): "The current minimum deposit limit is $5.00 and a Player is not permitted to deposit more than a total of $25,000 per day or $100,000 per week. If the Player is increasing the maximum limit the change will not be effective for 24 hours." This applies to all deposit methods, not per-method figures. Withdrawal limit (5.03): "The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.00." No maximum withdrawal amount is published.
• Withdrawals are processed in Canadian dollars to a Canadian bank account held by the player and verified by AGLC; only winnings can be withdrawn (deposits are final and cannot themselves be withdrawn, per the Player Agreement's Anti-Money Laundering policy).
• A self-excluded player's account is inaccessible for the agreement duration; any remaining wallet balance is retained, and a withdrawal during exclusion requires contacting the PlayAlberta Customer Service Centre at 1-833-920-1447 (still subject to Player Agreement section 5). Only the person seeking exclusion can sign up -- no one else can enrol a spouse or family member on their behalf.
