Editorial verdict
Zodiac Casino is run by Apollo Entertainment Limited, which AGLC lists as an iGaming operator, and its pages cover deposit, loss and login limits, breaks, self-exclusion from six months to five years, and a published complaints timetable. The catch: it sets 19 as its minimum age, a $50 minimum withdrawal with a 48-hour pending period, and its software notes look dated.

We haven't opened an account or moved money with Zodiac Casino. This review is built from its Alberta terms, FAQ, responsible-gambling, contact, fair-play, about and game pages, plus the AGLC and AiGC lists, fetched on 16 October 2026 from Limassol, Cyprus (not an Alberta connection) and checked 16 Oct 2026. Where the pages disagree, we say so rather than choose.

Casino
Zodiac Casino's games page lists slots, blackjack, roulette, video poker and progressive jackpots, and says it offers over 1000 games.
The casino games page says Zodiac Casino offers over 1000 games and lists slots (3 and 5 reel), blackjack, roulette, video poker and progressive jackpots. The AiGC directory entry describes the casino as the home of the Mega Money Wheel game plus a large selection of slots and live casino games. The games page lists no live dealer section, so we do not mark live dealer as confirmed.
Progressive jackpots
The page names Mega Vault Millionaire, Mega Moolah, Atlantean Treasures: Mega Moolah, Immortal Romance Mega Moolah, Thunderstruck II Mega Moolah, Treasure Nile and Cash Splash, with live jackpot figures that change, so we quote none. It adds that progressive slot games are 'not available in all regions' and are subject to availability.
Fair play
The fair-play page says Zodiac Casino uses an independently reviewed random number generator, with results published by independent auditors and reachable through an eCOGRA logo on the home page. We did not see an auditor certificate. Players can track wagering through PlayCheck and banking through Transaction History inside the casino software.
The footer also carries a 'Highest Win Rate' claim. Its disclaimer says it covers the best available return-to-player version of games supplied by providers and is not a warranty of winning, so we treat it as marketing and quote no return-to-player figures.
Zodiac Casino app
Zodiac Casino's FAQ is written around downloadable software and its download page was blocked when we fetched it, so we list no app.
The FAQ tells players to download the Zodiac Casino software and lists technical requirements: Adobe Flash Player 10 or higher, Windows 7, 8.1 or 10, Internet Explorer 10, Firefox 46 or Chrome 49. We treat those notes as dated and do not rely on them for current requirements.
Our fetch of the download page ended on a security-service block page (HTTP 403). We did not retry or get around it. With no confirmed listing, we show no app. Check any listing names Alberta and Apollo Entertainment before installing.
Customer support
Zodiac Casino lists live chat and email through a 24/7 Support Centre; its FAQ also mentions a call center for telephone queries, which the contact page does not list.
The contact page says Zodiac Casino maintains a 24-hour, 7-day Support Centre for email and live chat queries. Emails go to support@crhelpdesk.com, and it says it does its best to process all emails within 48 hours. It lists no phone number.
The FAQ describes a 24/7 call center to handle email and telephone queries and points you to the contact page for the available methods. The pages differ on whether phone support exists, so rely on chat and email.
Complaints
The terms start with the 24/7 Casino Support Team, then complaints@crhelpdesk.com, where a solutions specialist takes the case. They say you get an acknowledgement within 24 hours of escalation and a response within 7 business days, and that a final decision should be provided within 56 days from escalation. A dispute that stays unresolved may go to Alberta iGaming Corporation. Alberta and Canadian law apply, and Alberta courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Live chat: Live Chat through the Support Centre (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
- Email: support@crhelpdesk.com (aims to process emails within 48 hours) (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
- Email: complaints@crhelpdesk.com (escalated complaints only)
Account and verification
You must be 19 or older by Zodiac Casino's rules and in Alberta, and the terms allow identity checks after deposits and before any withdrawal.
Age, identity and location
The terms say the casino does not accept registration or play from anyone under 19. The responsible-gambling page says 19 or older, and the FAQ says older than 19, or the legal age of majority where that is higher. You confirm you are wagering from within Alberta; a contravention may void winnings and suspend the account.
The terms prohibit a VPN or other IP-changing software used while outside Alberta, and treat a virtual machine as an attempt to manipulate play. A Global Account links your Alberta sub-accounts across casino brands Apollo manages, and limits and wagering are managed through it.
Documents
The casino may ask for verification documents after deposits or before a withdrawal: proof you own the financial account, such as a card copy, statement or wallet screenshot; a valid ID; and proof of residence no more than 6 months old. It may require notarized copies if it deems that necessary. A withdrawal may not be processed until verification is complete, and the terms consent you to a credit check by ILABS Inc for identity verification.
Deposits
The FAQ says Zodiac Casino accepts deposits from major credit and debit cards, bank transfer services, prepaid vouchers and e-wallets, and that an Interac deposit may be processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc. We quote no minimum deposit because the only figures on the captured pages sit in offer copy we do not use. The FAQ also says card issuers sometimes decline gambling payments and points you to support.
Withdrawal minimums and fees
The terms say the minimum withdrawal is $50. The FAQ says DBT/WIRE has a $300 minimum and all other methods $50. Charges deducted from withdrawals: CADEFT no cost, DBT $50 ($100 over $3000), and other methods no cost.
Withdrawal timing
The FAQ says withdrawals are held pending for 48 hours, processed the following business day, and can be reversed until fully processed. The terms add that withdrawals are generally processed Monday to Friday, not on public holidays or weekends. Delivery then takes 3 working days for Visa and Mastercard, 1 to 3 for e-wallets, 6 to 10 for Direct Bank Transfer and 2 to 3 for CAD EFT/ECheck.
A method you have not used before may add 5 to 7 working days of checks. The FAQ lists withdrawal methods for Canada as OCT (Visa cardholders only), CAD EFT/Echeck and Skrill (MoneyBookers).
Where withdrawals go and limits
Funds are first credited back against recent deposits, and winnings above them go to your preferred method of payment. The terms say paying back to the deposit account is in many cases obligatory. They cap withdrawals at $4000 per week for players who win a sum substantially greater than their purchases across Casino Rewards partner casinos, and the casino may change that figure. Card networks add daily limits, for example 40,000 EUR for Mastercard.
Dormancy and closing the account
After 60 days with no wager, deposit or withdrawal, the account is treated as dormant and its balances are removed. The cash balance can be returned on request if you pass verification and security questions. To close an account, contact the Casino Support Centre. Funds held earn no interest, and the casino conducts weekly reconciliation of its accounts.
- Identity verification: Zodiac Casino's terms set the minimum age at 19 and reserve the right to check identity at any time. They say it may ask, after deposits or before a withdrawal, for proof you own the financial account, a valid ID and proof of residence no more than 6 months old, and may require notarized copies if it deems that necessary. A withdrawal may not be processed until verification is complete. (Zodiac Casino (external site))
- Location verification: Zodiac Casino's terms have you confirm you are wagering from within Alberta. They say a contravention may void your winnings and suspend the account, prohibit VPNs and other IP-changing software while outside Alberta, and treat a virtual machine as an attempt to manipulate play. Responsible-gambling tools
Zodiac Casino lists deposit, loss and logged-in duration limits, breaks from 24 hours to 3 months, self-exclusion from 6 months to 5 years, and AGLC Self Exclusion.
Limits
The responsible-gambling page says daily, weekly and monthly deposit, loss and logged-in duration limits can be set, through the casino software or by contacting the Casino Support Team. Increasing or removing a limit is not effective immediately; increased limits become available only after 24 hours. The terms list deposit and loss limits but not duration limits, so the pages differ slightly.
Breaks and exclusion
Take a Break periods are 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 1 month, 6 weeks, 2 months and 3 months. Self-exclusion periods are 6 months and 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 years. Once applied, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed, and the page asks you to self-exclude at other operators too.
After a self-exclusion ends, you must review responsible-gambling information before you can play, and further eligibility checks may follow.
AGLC Self Exclusion
AGLC Self Exclusion lets you opt out of all regulated online gambling in Alberta, and the page says it is available to people 18 or older with no player account required. It is separate from any Zodiac self-exclusion; registering for one does not change the other. The terms instead say joining requires creating an account on the AGLC Self-Exclusion website. See selfexclusion.ca or call 1-844-468-8034.
Help
The page points to a self-assessment test and to GameSense on 1-833-447-7523 or gamesenseab.ca, a free, confidential service. The footer carries the same GameSense line.

Our recheck
We fetched the Zodiac Casino pages for this review on 16 October 2026 from Limassol, Cyprus, which is not an Alberta connection, and the Alberta pages loaded. The download page returned a security block, which we did not get around. The limit of this check is that we have no capture from an Alberta connection, and we did not open an account.
