Editorial verdict

Best for:Adults 19 and over in Alberta who want a lobby the brand puts above 1,000 games, with live tables and progressive jackpots, and who will read the withdrawal and verification terms before they deposit.

Luxury Casino is an AGLC-registered Alberta casino run by Apollo Entertainment Limited, with slots, blackjack, roulette, video poker and a live casino shelf, round-the-clock chat and email support, and a full set of limit, break and self-exclusion tools. Read the banking terms first: the withdrawal minimum differs between the terms and the FAQ, no minimum deposit is quoted, and no app was found.

Is Luxury Casino legal in Alberta?

Yes. Luxury Casino is run by Apollo Entertainment Limited, which holds an AGLC "iGaming - Operator" registration. Luxury Casino is also on AiGC's Registered iGaming Sites list. Products in Alberta: online casino. (Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC) (external site), Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC) (external site)) Checked ; AGLC registration runs to . Full legal status

Pros

  • AGLC lists Apollo Entertainment Limited as an iGaming operator running to July 13, 2027, with Luxury Casino printed beside it, and AiGC's directory lists the brand.
  • A live casino shelf of six game tiles, nine more table games and slots, and the brand says over 1,000 games with new ones added every week.
  • Deposit, loss and logged-in time limits, nine break lengths from 24 hours to three months, self-exclusion from six months to five years, and a link to AGLC's central program.

Cons

  • The terms set the minimum withdrawal at $50, but the FAQ sets $300 for bank wire and $50 for the rest.
  • A withdrawal is held pending for 48 hours and processed the next business day before delivery times begin, and the terms say processing may not happen on weekends or public holidays.

We haven't opened an account or moved money with Luxury Casino. This review is built from its Alberta terms, FAQ, responsible-gambling, contact, games, fair-play, highest-win-rate, about and privacy pages, plus the AGLC and AiGC lists, fetched on 16 October 2026 from Limassol, Cyprus (not an Alberta connection) and checked 16 Oct 2026. Where the pages disagree, we say so rather than choose.

Casino

Luxury Casino's lobby covers slots, blackjack, roulette, video poker, progressive jackpots and a live casino shelf, and the brand puts its game count above 1,000.

The games page sorts the lobby into slots, blackjack (it names American and European), roulette, video poker and progressive jackpots. The home page says the casino carries over 1,000 games and adds new ones every week. Both figures are the brand's own: the pages give no title list we could total, and no poker room appears.

Live casino and table games

The home page's live casino shelf shows six tiles: Crazy Time, Roulette, Blackjack, Live Slots, Baccarat and Sports Arena. A second shelf lists nine other table games, among them Baccarat Squeeze, Multifire Roulette, Live Blackjack, American Roulette, Hold Em' Poker and Auto Roulette. No studio is named, and the page does not describe Sports Arena.

Slots and progressive jackpots

The Hot Games shelf shows eleven tiles, among them Gates of Olympus 1000, Sweet Bonanza 1000 and Mega Roulette. The jackpot list on the games page names Mega Vault Millionaire, four Mega Moolah titles (Mega Moolah, Atlantean Treasures, Immortal Romance and Thunderstruck II), Treasure Nile and Cash Splash. The jackpot totals shown are live figures, so we quote none.

Fair-play claims

The Fair Play page says the casino uses an independently reviewed random number generator, with results published by independent auditors and viewable on the page or through the eCOGRA logo at the bottom of the home page. The home-page text we saved has no eCOGRA mention, so we did not confirm that link.

The Highest Win Rate claim

The Highest Win Rate page is the brand's own claim: the casino says it offers the best available win rate or return-to-player version of the games its software providers supply. The disclaimer in the footer says that rests solely on the versions the providers send and is not a promise of any player outcome. We found no return-to-player percentage on the pages we read.

Luxury Casino app

No iOS or Android app is named on Luxury Casino's pages; its FAQ describes a downloadable program for Windows, and the Play Now route toward it returned an HTTP 403 block page.

The FAQ's getting-started answers tell you to download the free casino software, open an account and start playing, then walk through saving the file, running the installer and launching the program from a desktop icon. Its system requirements list Internet Explorer 10, Firefox 46, Chrome 49, Adobe Flash Player 10 and Windows 7, 8.1 or 10. We cannot tell whether these answers still describe how the casino runs.

What we could not read

On 16 October 2026 we followed the Play Now route toward the casino's download and registration entry point. It redirected to the casino's registration lobby, which answered HTTP 403 with a security-service block page, and we did not try to get around it. So we have not seen the current sign-up screens, any app, or a mobile site, and we list the apps as unknown rather than absent.

Customer support

Live chat and email run around the clock, email answers are aimed within 48 hours, and complaints follow a published ladder with response times.

The Support Centre page says it is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle email and live chat queries. The page says the team does its best to process emails within 48 hours.

Is there a phone line?

The FAQ says the casino keeps a 24-hour call center to handle all email and telephone queries, and one deposit answer tells you to contact 'our call centre' on an email address, support@crhelpdesk.com. The contact page lists only live chat and email. The only telephone number in the page footer is GameSense's problem-gambling line, 1-833-447-7523, not a casino number. We list no phone channel.

Complaints

Per the terms, step one is the 24/7 support team. If that does not settle it, you email complaints@crhelpdesk.com and a solutions specialist takes the case. The terms say complaints get an acknowledgement within 24 hours of escalation and a response within 7 business days, and that a final decision should follow within 56 days.

Privacy questions

The privacy policy says a Privacy Officer oversees it and points privacy questions and rights requests to privacy@crhelpdesk.com.

  • Live chat: Live chat from the Support Centre page, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24/7)
  • Email: support@crhelpdesk.com (answers aimed within 48 hours) (24/7)
  • Email: complaints@crhelpdesk.com (escalated complaints)

Account and verification

You must be 19 or older and playing from inside Alberta, and a withdrawal can wait on document checks, a 48-hour pending hold and a next-business-day processing step.

Age and location

The terms say the casino accepts no registration or gaming activity from anyone under 19, and the responsible-gambling page says casino play is open to people 19 or older. The FAQ words it as 'older than 19 years of age, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is the greater'. Alberta's legal minimum is 18, so the casino sets its own age one year higher.

The terms also have you confirm that you are wagering from within Alberta, and bar a VPN or other IP-augmenting software while you are outside the province. They describe no geolocation check.

Documents and checks

The casino may ask for documents after a deposit and before a withdrawal: proof that you own the card, bank account or wallet you use, a passport, driver's licence or government-issued ID, and a bank statement or utility bill no more than six months old. It may require a notary or other registered professional to certify them if it deems that necessary. A withdrawal may wait until checks finish, and you consent to ILABS Inc running a credit check on your registration details.

Withdrawals: minimum, hold and speed

The terms give one minimum withdrawal, $50. The FAQ splits it: $300 for DBT/WIRE and $50 for every other method. Neither figure names a currency; the terms say winnings are credited in the currency of your casino account. A withdrawal sits pending for 48 hours and is processed on the following business day, and you can reverse it until it is fully processed.

Delivery after that: Visa and Mastercard 3 working days, e-wallets 1 to 3, CAD EFT or eCheck (Canada only) 2 to 3, direct bank transfer 6 to 10. The terms add that withdrawals are generally processed Monday to Friday and may not be processed on public holidays or weekends. The FAQ says players who have not used a method before face extra checks that can take up to 5 to 7 working days.

Withdrawn money goes first back against recent deposits, where that applies, and the rest goes to the payment method you name. The FAQ warns that some processors do not allow card refunds.

Fees and caps

The FAQ's fee list charges nothing for CAD EFT or any method except a DBT bank wire, which costs $50, or $100 above $3000. The terms add a $4000 weekly withdrawal ceiling for players whose winnings far exceed their purchases across Casino Rewards partner casinos, a figure the casino may raise or lower. They also say regulators, card schemes, banks and processors may impose daily limits, and name a Mastercard cap of about $58,000 a day and Visa original credit transaction caps by count and amount.

The FAQ's list of withdrawal methods currently available to Canada names a Visa original credit transaction, CAD EFT or eCheck and Skrill, with Webecash printed just above it. It leaves out bank wire and Mastercard, which its own fee and delivery lists mention. We could not check which methods you would see without an account.

Deposits

The FAQ says the casino takes deposits from major credit and debit cards, a variety of bank transfer services, prepaid vouchers and e-wallet services, without naming individual methods beyond Interac, which it says may be processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc. It says card deposits have daily and monthly limits that support can refresh, and gives no amounts. We quote no minimum deposit because the only figures on the captured pages sit in offer copy we do not use. The pages we read name no deposit fee.

Dormant accounts and chargebacks

An account with no wager, deposit or withdrawal for 60 days counts as dormant. The terms say the casino then removes the balances, and that the cash part can be returned on request within a reasonable time if you pass verification or security questions. If a deposit is charged back or disputed, the terms say winnings are voided, balances confiscated and all your accounts on the Casino Rewards network locked.

  • Identity verification: Luxury Casino's terms set the minimum age at 19 and let it ask for proof that you own the payment account you use, a passport, driver's licence or government ID, and a bank statement or utility bill under six months old, certified by a notary if it deems that necessary. You also consent to ILABS Inc running a credit check for identity verification on your registration details, and a withdrawal may wait until checks finish. (Luxury Casino (external site))
  • Location verification: Luxury Casino's terms have you confirm you are wagering from within Alberta, and say that breaching it may void winnings and suspend the account. They also bar a VPN or other IP-augmenting software when you are physically outside the province, with wagers void and gains confiscated. They describe no geolocation check. Responsible-gambling tools

Luxury Casino has deposit, loss and logged-in time limits, nine break lengths up to three months, six self-exclusion terms and a link to the AGLC program.

Limits you can set

The responsible-gambling page lists daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, loss limits and logged-in duration limits. You set them through Support or the casino software. Its only rule on how fast a change takes effect is that a raise or removal waits 24 hours.

Breaks and self-exclusion

Take a Break periods are 24 hours, 48 hours, 1, 2 or 3 weeks, 1 month, 6 weeks, 2 months and 3 months. Self-exclusion runs 6 months, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 years, and the casino says it cannot reverse a request once applied. After it ends you must review responsible-gambling information before you play again. The page asks you to self-exclude at other operators too, and not to open new accounts while excluded.

Beyond this casino

AGLC Self Exclusion lets you opt out of all regulated online gambling in Alberta, from age 18, and is separate from any exclusion you arrange with the casino directly. The page points to selfexclusion.ca and 1-844-468-8034.

One account across Apollo brands

The terms say each player gets a Global Account linking the sub-accounts created at any Apollo-managed casino brand in Alberta, with responsible-gaming settings, deposit and loss limits and wagering managed through it.

Frequently asked questions

Is Luxury Casino legal in Alberta?

Yes. AGLC lists Apollo Entertainment Limited as an iGaming operator running to July 13, 2027, with Luxury Casino printed beside it, and AiGC's directory lists the brand. The casino's terms say it is regulated by AGLC and works under an agreement with Alberta iGaming Corporation.

How old do you have to be to play at Luxury Casino?

You must be 19 or older, according to the casino's terms and responsible-gambling page, and you must be in Alberta. The FAQ words it as older than 19 or the local age of majority, whichever is greater. Alberta's own minimum age for online betting is 18, so the casino applies a stricter rule of its own.

What is the minimum withdrawal at Luxury Casino?

It depends which page you read. The terms say $50. The FAQ says $50 for every method except bank wire (DBT/WIRE), which it puts at $300. We can't tell from the pages which is current for a wire.

How long do withdrawals take at Luxury Casino?

The FAQ says a withdrawal is held pending for 48 hours and processed the following business day, with delivery after that taking 1 to 3 working days for e-wallets, 2 to 3 for CAD EFT or eCheck, 3 for Visa and Mastercard and 6 to 10 for a bank transfer. First-time use of a method can bring extra checks of up to 5 to 7 working days.

Does Luxury Casino charge withdrawal fees?

Per the FAQ, only a DBT bank wire carries a charge: $50, or $100 over $3000. CAD EFT and the other listed methods are free of charge. The terms do not publish a separate fee schedule.

Does Luxury Casino have an app?

We don't know. No iOS or Android app is named on the pages we read, the FAQ describes a downloadable program for Windows, and the Play Now route redirected to the registration lobby, which answered HTTP 403 with a block page, and we did not bypass it.

Can you phone Luxury Casino?

The FAQ mentions a telephone call center, but the contact page lists only live chat and email and no casino number appears on any page we read. Live chat and email are open 24/7, with email replies aimed within 48 hours.

What responsible-gambling tools does Luxury Casino have?

Deposit limits, loss limits and logged-in time limits, nine break lengths from 24 hours to three months, and self-exclusion from six months to five years. It also links to AGLC's central self-exclusion program for all regulated online gambling in Alberta.

Who runs Luxury Casino?

The terms say it is a brand managed by Apollo Entertainment Limited, a Maltese registered company with an address in Ta' Xbiex. AGLC's iGaming operator registration for Alberta is held by the same company name and runs to July 13, 2027.
