Editorial verdict

Best for:Alberta players aged 19 or older, the age its terms set, who want a real-money casino with slots, table games, progressive jackpots and live dealer games, who accept a $50 minimum withdrawal, and who are comfortable that payment methods and an app are not confirmed.

Casino Classic is run by Apollo Entertainment Limited, which AGLC lists as an iGaming operator, and its pages cover deposit, loss and logged-in duration limits, breaks, self-exclusion from six months to five years, a published complaints timetable and 24/7 live chat. The catch: it sets 19 as its minimum age, a $50 minimum withdrawal and a $4000 weekly cap for some winners, and we could not confirm a payment-method list or an app.

Is Casino Classic legal in Alberta?

We haven't opened an account or moved money with Casino Classic. This review is built from its Alberta terms, responsible-gambling, contact, return-to-player and home pages (including the home page FAQ), plus the AGLC and AiGC lists, fetched on 16 October 2026 from Limassol, Cyprus (not an Alberta connection) and checked 16 Oct 2026. Where the pages disagree, we say so rather than choose.

Casino

Casino Classic's home page FAQ describes a real-money casino with slots, table games, progressive jackpots and live dealer games, and no games-list page loaded.

The home page FAQ says Casino Classic is a real money online casino with a selection of slots, table games, progressive jackpots and live dealer games. The home page carries game sections that include most popular games, new releases and live casino, each followed by a see more games label.

The games-list page returned HTTP 404 when we fetched it, so we have no game count, provider names or table limits to report. We have no evidence of a sportsbook or a poker room, so we show neither.

Live dealer

The FAQ says Casino Classic has a complete live dealer section with real-time blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game show-style games, and that the live dealer tables are available around the clock from a phone, tablet or desktop. We mark live dealer as available on that statement alone, because we did not open the lobby to see the tables.

Return-to-player claim

The return-to-player page says the casino always offers the highest available return-to-player version of every game, and that the claim covers the games supplied by its software providers. The page's disclaimer says the claim rests only on the versions the casino receives from its providers and is not a warranty or promise of specific player outcomes, and that actual game results can vary.

We treat this as marketing and quote no return-to-player figures.

Casino Classic app

We list no Casino Classic app because our fetch of its download page ended on a security-service block page and no captured page names an app listing.

Our fetch of the download page ended on a security-service block page (HTTP 403). We did not retry or get around it.

One line in the terms refers to a 'Casino Classic software download'. It does not say what the software is or where to get it, so we do not treat it as an app. None of the pages we captured names an iOS or Android listing.

With nothing confirmed, we show no app. If you find a listing, check that it names Alberta and Apollo Entertainment before installing.

Customer support

Casino Classic lists live chat 24/7 on its contact page, and the terms add an email route for escalated complaints.

The contact page says players are available 24/7 via live chat and can also email the casino. No email address appears in the page text we captured, so we quote none, and we found no casino phone number on the pages we captured.

The home page FAQ says Casino Classic's staff are based across Canada, Australia, Malta and the UK, with player support 24/7, 365 days a year.

Complaints

The terms start with the 24/7 Casino Support Team, then complaints@crhelpdesk.com, where the case is escalated to a solutions specialist. Their service standards are an acknowledgement within 24 hours of escalation, a response within 7 business days and a final decision within 56 days from escalation. A dispute that stays unresolved may go to Alberta iGaming Corporation. Disputes about the games and the Games Agreement are settled under Alberta and Canadian law, and where court action is needed the courts of Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction.

  • Live chat: Live Chat from the contact page (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
  • Email: complaints@crhelpdesk.com (escalated complaints only)

Account and verification

You must be 19 or older by Casino Classic's rules and in Alberta, and the terms allow identity checks after deposits and before any withdrawal.

Age, identity and location

The terms say the casino does not accept registration or gaming activity from anyone under 19. The responsible-gambling page says casino play is for people 19 or older, while AGLC Self Exclusion is open from 18. You confirm you are wagering from within Alberta; a contravention may void winnings and suspend the account.

The terms prohibit a VPN or other IP-changing software used while outside Alberta, and treat a virtual machine as an attempt to manipulate play. A Global Account links your Alberta sub-accounts across casino brands Apollo manages, and limits and wagering are managed through it.

Documents

The casino may ask for verification documents after deposits or before a withdrawal: proof you own the financial account, such as a card copy, statement or wallet screenshot; a valid ID such as a passport, driver's license or government-issued identity card; and proof of residence no more than 6 months old. It may require copies certified by a notary or a registered professional if it deems that necessary.

A withdrawal may not be processed until verification is complete, and the terms consent you to a credit check by ILABS Inc, on behalf of Casino Classic, for identity verification.

Deposits

The terms say you must create an account and deposit in order to use the service, and that you are responsible for having enough funds in the financial account you deposit from. In the event of insufficient funds the casino reserves the right to reject deposits, void winnings and confiscate balances. We quote no minimum deposit because the only figures on the captured pages sit in offer copy we do not use. The payments page returned HTTP 404 and no captured page lists the deposit methods accepted.

Withdrawal minimum and timing

The terms say the minimum withdrawal is $50. Withdrawals may be subject to a processing period that may include verification and other checks, and you keep access to your funds during it until the payment is in transit. They are generally processed Monday to Friday and may not be processed on public holidays and weekends. Once payments are released, the terms say they may take some time to reach your account, and that processing times vary by method, processor and bank. We found no per-method delivery times.

Where withdrawals go and limits

The terms say the casino reserves the right to pay withdrawals back to the financial accounts you used to deposit, and in many cases will be obligated to. Players who win a sum substantially greater than their total purchases across all Casino Rewards partner casinos can withdraw winnings only up to a maximum of $4000 per week, and the casino may increase or decrease that figure. Daily payment limits may also apply; the terms list, for example, a Mastercard limit of approximately $58,000 per day.

Dormancy, closing the account and terms changes

After 60 days with no wager, deposit or withdrawal, the account is treated as dormant and its balances are removed. The cash balance can be returned on request if you pass verification and security questions. To close an account, contact the Casino Support Centre. Funds held earn no interest, and the casino conducts weekly reconciliation of its accounts. Players get prior notice of changes to the terms by email, and a new version takes effect 7 days after the email was sent.

  • Identity verification: Casino Classic's terms set the minimum age at 19 and reserve the right to check identity at any time. They say it may ask, after deposits or before a withdrawal, for proof you own the financial account, a valid ID and proof of residence no more than 6 months old, and may require copies certified by a notary or a registered professional if it deems that necessary. A withdrawal may not be processed until verification is complete. (Casino Classic (external site))
  • Location verification: Casino Classic's terms have you confirm you are wagering from within Alberta. They say a contravention may void your winnings and suspend the account, prohibit VPNs and other IP-changing software while you are outside Alberta, and treat a virtual machine as an attempt to manipulate play. (Casino Classic (external site))

Responsible-gambling tools

Casino Classic lists deposit, loss and logged-in duration limits, breaks from 24 hours to 3 months, self-exclusion from 6 months to 5 years, and AGLC Self Exclusion.

Limits

The responsible-gambling page says daily, weekly and monthly deposit, loss and logged-in duration limits can be set, through the casino software or by contacting the Casino Support Team. A request to increase or remove a limit is not effective immediately; increased limits become available only after 24 hours. The terms list deposit and loss limits but not duration limits, so the pages differ slightly.

Breaks and exclusion

Take a Break periods are 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 1 month, 6 weeks, 2 months and 3 months. Self-exclusion periods are 6 months and 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 years. Once applied, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed, and the page asks you to self-exclude at other operators where you hold accounts.

After a self-exclusion ends, you must review responsible-gambling information and resources before you can play. The page asks self-excluded players not to open new accounts, and the terms say the casino cannot be responsible for allowing gaming activity if a player attempts to circumvent these measures.

AGLC Self Exclusion

AGLC Self Exclusion lets you opt out of all regulated online gambling in Alberta, and the responsible-gambling page says it is available to people 18 or older with no player account required. It is separate from any Casino Classic self-exclusion; registering for one does not change the other. The terms instead say participation requires creating an account and registering on the AGLC Self-Exclusion website. See selfexclusion.ca or call 1-844-468-8034.

Help

The page lists tips such as deciding beforehand how much to spend, not trying to recoup losses and taking occasional breaks, and describes five common misconceptions, including the Gambler's Fallacy. It points to a quick self-assessment test and to GameSense on 1-833-447-7523 or gamesenseab.ca, a free, confidential service.
