Every legal entity registered with the AGLC under the "iGaming - Operator" class, sourced directly from the AGLC's Gaming Registrants export. A registrant is only mapped to a consumer brand when that mapping is evidenced — from the brand's own terms/footer, or an "o/a" trade name in the registrant's legal name — never guessed. Unmapped rows show as "brand not yet identified."
Reading the table
"Expiry" is the registration's expiry date on file; "No fixed expiry" covers government entities like PlayAlberta that don't carry a fixed-term commercial registration. For consumer-facing status (including operators registered here but not yet listed on AiGC's directory), see the operator registry. What each source supports
- A person must be registered as an iGaming supplier under section 49.2 of the Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Act before operating an iGaming site or providing goods or services to one in Alberta, subject to narrow exemptions such as iGaming workers. [1], [2], [3]
- AiGC's public 'Registered iGaming Sites' page lists operator brands with a link to each site but does not show registration status, registration date, registration number, or licence class for any entry. [4]
